What we collect

Information you send us: when you fill in a form or email us, we receive your name, practice or lab name, work email and anything else you choose to include, such as phone number, state, products and monthly volume.
Usage data: we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are visited and how people find the site. It collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and referring website.

What we don't want

Please don't send patient names or other patient information through this website. We work with de-identified cases identified by case numbers.

To reply to your request, send price lists and handle your cases.

Service providers

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, analytics by Google Analytics, and the site is hosted on Cloudflare. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver those services.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you've sent us by emailing hello@truecusp.com. You can block analytics with your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
