Door-to-door times are for digital (STL/PLY) cases and include 4–6 business days in the lab, a pre-ship check and 3–5 business days of express shipping to the US. Physical impressions add inbound shipping. Precious alloys and implant Ti-bases are billed at cost.

What every unit price includes
- CAD design, and design approval before milling if you ask for it
- Fabrication by an FDA-registered partner lab
- Pre-ship check of fit, contacts, occlusion and shade against your Rx
- English-language case support during US business hours
What changes the price
- Material and technique: layered and characterized work costs more than full-contour.
- Alloy: PFM and full-cast units are priced with the alloy you choose.
- Implant components: Ti-bases, screws and analogs depend on the implant system.
- Volume: steady monthly volume qualifies for lower unit pricing.
- Impressions vs. scans: physical impressions add inbound shipping.
Questions about pricing
What is included in the unit price?
CAD design, fabrication, pre-ship quality check and English-language case support. Return shipping is $25 per box, free on orders of $500+; precious alloys and Ti-bases are billed at cost.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can send a single case, including a trial case, with no contract.
What happens if a restoration needs a remake?
Remakes and adjustments follow the written remake policy sent with the fee schedule. Send photos and a short note and we handle it with the lab.
